From Kenny

At this age I don't try to turn kids into pros. I try to build the foundation that lets everything else work later: how they move, how they eat, and how their week actually fits together so none of it falls apart when the season gets busy.

Most 9 to 12 year olds don't need more. They need the right things, done consistently, with someone making sure it's working. That's what this is.

What your player gets

Custom strength program

Built for their age and what you've told me about them. Foundations first: how they move, how they brace, how they produce power. Nothing they'll outgrow in a month.

Weekly schedule

Their training laid out around practices, games, and school, so the plan survives a real week instead of a perfect one.

Nutrition plan

Simple, age appropriate, and built for a kid who has to eat before a 6am practice. Real food, no supplements pitch.

One on one call with me

Once the plan is built, we sit down together, you and your player, and I walk through it to make sure it fits and it's something they'll actually follow.

Two ways to run it

Either I stay in it with them in the app, reviewing their form, giving feedback, and answering questions as they go. Or you take the plan, we do the call together, I make sure it works, and you run it yourselves.

"Kenny has been great for our son's development and growth on and off the ice. We have seen significant results."

Self-Guided
$699 CAD / first 12 weeks
Then $175 CAD every 4 weeks

You run it. I build it and make sure it fits.

Is 9 to 12 too young for strength training?

Not the way I do it. At this age it's movement quality, bodyweight strength, coordination, and the habits that make everything later work. No heavy loading, nothing they'll outgrow.

What happens on the one on one call?

Once the plan is built, you and your player join me for a call. I walk through the program, the schedule, and the nutrition plan, answer questions, and adjust anything that doesn't fit your real week. The goal is a plan they'll actually follow.

What's the difference between the two options?

Same build, same call. With Coached, I stay involved after: I review their form in the app, give feedback, adjust the plan as they develop, and answer questions as they come up. With Self-Guided, you take the plan and run it yourselves.

How does the billing work?

The first 12 weeks is one payment. After that it continues every 4 weeks at the renewal price shown, and you can stop any time.
